On the other hand, an ethical-moral responsibility is based on personal values, principles, and beliefs about what is right or wrong, and is not necessarily enforceable by law. While legal responsibilities are defined and enforced by external authorities, ethical-moral responsibilities are self-imposed and guided by individual conscience.
